Oh this happens to them on a regular basis. Basically what happens is they start to look more like an unstable mess and completely lose control of their body, and starts hunting down every living thing in their sight, and they are completely conscious while this happens, but all they can do is look at all the harm they cause, and this obviously causes a lot of trauma.
