i am nowwww 170 and 4'11 still so im doing a-ok i think???? its a good step up but this plateau is TERRIBLE i physically like cant go anywhere to excersize bc i dont go to public school, i only have my driving permit, my parents are paranoid n i got no irl friends SIGHH so im stuck doing cardio at home (if i remember to do it) and weightlift when me and my dad go
