so, i see youve used what seems to be a messy sketch, and its cute! maybe try and do a messy sketch, then add a new frame, and redraw the parts you want to keep, but make the lines a bit smooth? i use the zoom tool when i use outlining ^^- i think its cute, so maybe you should try to inspire off of other users! try and mix and match parts of an art style you like with yours, and do that with many other artists. this would give an enjoyable sense to you art, and help your style progress and evolve!
