LinkMy ex scares me so much. while I was on vacation last month I found out an account that has been following my Instagram since APRIL was actually my ex STALKING ME, FOR THE FOURTH TIME. He told me himself. He said "by the way this account is actually [ex's name] and I've been thinking a lot this past year and I'm sorry for the way I treated you, I just wanna be friends again!" Oh, HAVE you now? have you done some thinking? in the not-even-12-months it's been since your LAST stalking attempt, where you ALSO got ahold of my girlfriend's account and INSULTED her, and GASLIT her into thinking I was a horrible person? Yeah? You've been thinking about it???

LinkI told him I'd get back to him a month from then, giving me some time to plan my escape. Because, again! FOUR TIMES He's stalked me! I even found his main account, and he's STILL posting gross over-the-top thirst trap edits! The kind that made me break up with him in the first place! Granted, I have nothing wrong with people finding characters hot, it was when I told him SO SO SO SOOOO many times I felt uncomfortable with the extreme nature of his posts, and he KEPT DOING IT. and then AFTER I broke things off, he goes and tells his friends nasty things about me, OUTING me, saying that I "tell him BS like he's mentally draining me" HE WAS!!
and he's not just posting edits of fictional characters nowadays, NOOOOO, HE'S FANTASIZING ABOUT ACTUAL SERIAL KILLERS. REAL LIFE CRIMINALS. AND HE THINKS HE'S CHANGED? MY BROTHER IN CHRIST, HAVE YOU EVER LISTENED TO A SINGLE WORD I'VE SAID TO YOU? AND YOU TRY TO GASLIGHT ME OVER THE VERY REASON WE BROKE UP?
I swear to God, he really makes my blood boil.

LinkI even had a nightmare this morning where I was arguing with him over text and I woke up in a FULL ON, FIGHT OR FLIGHT PANIC ATTACK. It was kicking into hyperdrive so much that I actually considered striking up a real argument with him right then, my mind was racing, thinking of every possible outcome. If THAT isn't proof enough to how our interactions have affected me, then WHAT IS?

LinkOh, and just for the record, I have hit the option on instagram to "block this user and other accounts they may create", and, obviously that isn't working since he keeps finding me! I've even changed my username, TWICE!

LinkI could honestly go on for HOURS about more abhorrent stuff he did, but unless anyone really wants to hear it, I'll spare the details.
jesus christ. this is ****ed??? have you perhaps contacted authorities about this? if possible?
I definitely would if I could, but he lives overseas.

im deeply sorry for this experience youve had to keep up with. i know this is a mild stretch but there is a way to make your accounts private. hell it might even be a good idea to make a new account entirely for the time being just for your own safety. you could also possibly report the accounts for harassment and stalking, if you havent already.
stay safe my guy, do whatever it takes to keep yourself safe. this dude has more than a handful of screws loose.
That man has completely lost it , you don't deserve the same pressure he's been putting on you for such a long time to keep on happening to you over and over again. Like Ruv said the best idea is to report and block him and make your account private, also try your best not to let him take advantage of you. Hopefully things start to change for the better once his accounts are dealt with and he HOPEFULLY realizes his actions , though trusting him will take a while of course and there's no rush in that, just try to stay safe though

Really, block his accounts and report him, put your stuff on private.
He just gave you a reason to put a restraining order on him good lord
