first of all, i know it’s really bad, i did it at 4:00 AM with my finger. second, its just extreme sad boi hours. im about 2 months clean but ive been feeling some stronge urges to do it again. i don’t think i will, so don’t be worried about me? ? i just needed to get it out lol. third if any of my friends see this I’m yeeting myself out the window
