It’s pretty darn good, but there are a few nitpicks.
Even the smoothest parts should be sped up. Try to get at least 15 FPS
When the character is laughing, only the face moves. The shoulders and head and arms should move as well.
Your line art is very clean, but the coloring is sloppy in some places. Thank you for reading!

When I did the arm.... tbh I shouldn't of made it move with each word, very poor planing on my part, because I had to make the words slow enough to read, but the arm fast enough to go smoothly. I would've fixed it ,but by the time I noticed, my finger was too sore to draw. (And yes, I draw with my finger)
