Question- Would I have to make a drawing as 18+ if the character is wearing a half-shirt/crop top?(male character I dont think it would be a problem in just curious)

Ok, just making sure because i have a tendence to panic myself when I attempt to draw things such as characters in specific outfits.. (Exmpl, crop tops, short-er dresses, etc, idk lol)
