Very cute and heavily stylized
But I think a simple shade on the neckerchief would benefit this art greatly!
Also it's a bit odd that their right arm seems to be behind their tail? I get it, from that perspective, it would be a bummer not to see the tail, but it is what is is.. be consistent always :x
