i've tried to quit many times but everybody keeps nagging me to stay
and i feel like if i leave anyways i'd be a bad person

I understand...
So many people are in a dark place. But you are amazing. Do what your heart tells you to
if you need to leave, leave. if other people want you to stay thats their problem. it does not make you a bad person
