Okay so im not against venting in any way, shape or form. I think venting is necessary if you're feeling any emotion at all. I believe it helps let out any emotions you may have/have not been bottling up and keeping inside. But when someone vents as a way to attention seek, thats when youve crossed a line. Or if someone vents just to make sure someone in particular knows that the person venting is angry at them. If someone doesnt like someone venting, yeah, sometimes they have a fair point as to why. Like they dont want someone elses stress on their own shoulders, or maybe it makes them feel like youre focussing on yourself. But if it is because its annoying or something like that, nuh uh.
