yeah,, like,, how do i explain it-
like,, I've been feeling really empty or numb recently,,
but when I'm not i feel upset or really stressed
and that cycle repeats again and again,,
idk i've been like this for a while now
I usually get stressed when I feel,, like,,
if I get stared by my parents for a while it makes me uncomfortable and panicky,,
theres other things.. but..
i just.. can't remember-
