Uh, lemme copy and paste the backstory here: Blur was taken away by a certain group to be raised to assassinate their foes. She can fly up to 200+ mph and has lost an arm due to a failed assassination . Her group decided then that she would be useless and threw her out. Since then its hard for her to get to trust you and she is very secretive in her actions.
