Her story:
Luna was raised by a human and a elf shapeshifter. This made her a quarter cat, a quarter elf, and half human with traces of shapeshifter DNA, but not enough for her to actually be able to shapeshift fully, only able to shapeshift small parts of her body. When she is angry or her life or loved one’s and friends life are threatened, she gains swiftness, eagle eyes, and her claws grow larger and sharper. She also gains bat hearing which allows her to hear even a feather drop 20 feet away. She gained her Flasher (light powers) powers when an evil madman experimented on her. She managed to escape using her many abilities and survival skills. Her friend Violet also is like her, except she only has shapeshifting powers.
She is a bit of a loner, hard to reach person. She can be friends with anyone though.
Also, she doesn’t talk much, using hand gestures and face emotions mostly.
