I have no idea what is going on in your life at this moment but I can promise I'll be here. I won't force you to open up, of course, but if you need someone to vent to just tell me and ill be ready.
There are many ways to deal with traumatic moments or just terrible thoughts but thinking you should die isn't one of them. Death is just a one-way ticket to another person's guilt. Thinking they can't save you or some shit (listen I was in P.E and saw some pages and mental health and shit so uh they told me this stuff and being suicidal it's weird eh?) but if you need someone to vent to you may vent to me
I'm panicking because I know everyone hates me and my life is gonna fall apart I'm so sorry for what I did but I can't go back and change it I just wanna die so that the pain is no more

Everyone doesn't hate you!! That's just the thoughts telling you everyone hates you!! You really can't control it!! My mom told me you can control my thoughts and no matter how hard I tried they didn't go away. But the difference between me and her is that we both went through different traumatic experiences. The thoughts that came to me were the Dame's one ur having. And u can't just magically make them disappear like fairy dust, you have to do positive actions that can help. Like enjoy the sunny day, or make a cake.
Guilt doesn't go away quickly. You have to think of it like uh happiness. Happiness leaves when you allow what someone says affect ur mood. And I'm really sensitive so that happens a lot. You have to think of the situation of how you saw it and not how ppl are forcing u to see it. In their eyes in their story
I'm sorry I'm typing really slow. You can cry because it's awesome to let out ur feelings but don't think ur not worth anything because ur worth is a lot more than u think. Humans are priceless. They r worth more than anyone can imagine. They r like stars. They move around and change, but they will always be the same star. And u r a star. There is only one you. No one else can be you. I mean people have been trying to make clones for decades. And they can't come up with the same exact person that's because everyone is different but there is only one of each human. And if you die. No one can replace you. It's It's impossible
