Kinda yrhsgys I'm just going to spill it out right here I kind if want to make it public but uhhh My meds arent working atm and I dont know why And my dad keeps yelling at me and shaming me for not being able to concentrate and it kinds hurts And I've been thinking of doing bad things to myself and other people And thinking of comparisons like "why cant I be more like my sisters, they're smarter than me and they're 5 and 7 years younger than me" And I've just been hurting mentally all day It's ironic, really My shirt said good vibes only but I simply am a bad vibe

Mhm I just wish my dad would actually try stopping and thinking before he yells at me, whenever he speaks it sounds like hes shaming me and he says things in a way that makes me feel dumb :(
