your oc was camping in the nearby forest. it was a pretty massive one, with a lot of landmarks in it apparently. you decided to camp near a river since it wasn't too deep in the forest and there was not a lot of animals. after setting up the camp your oc decided to get some rest, laying down. Around 2am or so you woke up from a weird rustling noise from the trees. you grabbed your flashlight and tiredly searched the trees with it when you saw two snake eyes staring at you, wwyd? (btw if you wanna use more than 1 oc thats fine lol)

the eyes blinked as they got closer to the camp, the trees rustling. it seemed like it didnt notice they were noticed*

the eyes had vanished it seemed, the trees finally not rustling*

the rustling came back, though it was near where he kept the food now*

"AGH-! hey!" they seemed to stop camouflaging once pinned down, Its thin body finally visible*

they tilted their head, crawling back a bit* "you- want to be friends-?" although cautious, they seemed to smile*

they thought for a bit, since they have never had a friend since nobody comes into the forest*

"you do-?!" they smiled excitedly, their tail flicking*

they smiled happily, quickly going to the bag and opening it*

they hadnt noticed that, quickly pulling out some pieces of food as they smiled happily, their snake tongue poking out*

they looked over, making a impressed face*

"how did you do that?! what was that!" they smiled excitedly, quickly crawling over*

"whats electricity?" they tilted their head*

camo slammed their tail into colt, strong enough to break bone as they hissed violently at colt, un camoflauging*

they whimpered, crawling back a bit as they braced for the slash*

they looked between noah and colt, unsure of what to do as they just trembled*

camo watched, just trembling and hissing*

they yelped in surprise, crawling back before looking at noah and colt*

they just watched, utterly confused and scared*

camo just curled up defensively, scared of the carnage going on in front*

camo sighed and then suddenly lunged at colt, trying to get them near the river*

they snarled and hissed at colt, grabbing their head while trying to force it under the water*

they looked at noah, whimpering while still attempting to keep their head under water, their tail thwacking his back*

they pulled them out the water, panting and sighing in relief*

they quickly crawled over to noah, whimpering a bit* "are you okay?"

They thought for a bit* “my brothers made a backup cave, I could take you to it!”

(sorry for the late response) the eyes seemed to widen once they realised stu saw them, a quiet gasp being heard*

they tilted their head, quickly snatching it before crawling back. its body finally became visible as they gave them a sceptical glance*

"your just going to... give it-?" their words seemed to be stretched out like a slither as they still looked sceptical*

they looked at the hotdog then them before biting into it* "thank you"

they smiled at them, their sharp tooth poking out* "camo"

they nodded* "nice to meet you stuw- uh.. stu- stuwort" they seemed to struggle a bit pronouncing it*

they smiled apologetically before finishing the hot dog, scoffing it quickly*

"saw fire in the forest" they pointed at the camp, though more specifically the campfire*

they loooked slightly offended, frowning slightly*

they shook their head* "its fine"

they chuckled, smiling softly*

they took the leaf, tilting their head as they stopped hissing so much*

the creature crawled back slightly before the branch they were on snapped casually, dropping the creature onto the ground*

they had un camouflaged, their thin body finally revealed as they hissed at mittens*
