You're pretty good overall for your age. color scheme is good. you may want to work on anatomy and shading. But for the most part its good! i like your style
Your art style seems a bit off. The anatomy is a bit strange, the arms are normally a bit small and the ears on the hat a bit too long. the eyes are a tiny bit too big and take up a bit too much of the face, and it's not a problem its just that it might cause face anatomy portioning issues in the future. Other than that, the style is really simple which makes it good and fun to look at, the colors are pretty good and not eyebleeding, actually quite eyepleasing, and the head size and body size is pretty well done for your age (I'm not stalking you its just the age on this website is like 15 and down and i just know you are around my age from the face reveal you did) other than those few anatomy things its really good

Yes the ears are a struggle.
