I pushed myself... i did 45 pushups 30 knee pushups (girl pushups) curled 15 pound iron for 30 minutes, did curles, tricep pulls shoulder reaches... not done yet.

I also did a BRUTAL quad and calf excersize i did 2 reps of 50 squats 2 reps of calf raises this almost dehydrated me... this workout is now my daily routine... pray for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!1
