Lie on your back with your head facing the opposite direction of the wall your bed is against. But your legs on the wall and keep them upside down for a while (maybe 10-15 min or less if you get tired) then your blood won't have to go to as many places and your heart will pump slower. It works for most people but i won't say it always works. You can try it tho! It's not unhealthy or anything just makes you tired
