you may be confusing pet regression ( a coping mechanism) with me genuinely thinking im an animal i assure you, i only do this do cope and do not really think i am an animal

a more specific term for what i do is pet dreaming, which is a type of pet regression

its where i regress but i can stop when necessary or sometimes i dont fully regress
