(copy and pasted from a comment I made incase he deletes it) "its a just a word" a very hurtful one. one that has been used, generation after generation, to insult, harm and hurt neurodivergent people. it can be the last word a nd person hears before they are brutally beaten, r*ped, or killed. it can be the word they hear day after day from their family, their peers, their teachers, their coworkers. it can be the word that is associated with such bad trauma for them that they can't hear or see it without having a breakdown, or spiraling.. so please, I BEG YOU, stop treating derogatory slurs as "just words". words are powerful, and they can be used in a negative way. you hurt and invalidate the entire nd community when you treat the r-slur as "just a word".
