LinkYour OC was on the run for a crime the did/nāt commit either way they were a fugitive and they needed a place to hide, so while your OC was trying to avoid being spotted they discovered what appeared to be an abandon warehouse. Seeing that it was their only option they darted towards the warehouse

*in the distance there were two glowing lights*
???: who are you, why have you come here??
???: hmmm...
*the same figure dashed passed them and heads towards the door*
???: were you followed??
*they closes the door*
???: robert can you hit the lights please?
*the lights came flickering on*
???: *she turns back to ferin* sorry i haven't properly introduced myself, I'm lucy *points to the giant robot* and that's robert, a friend of mine
lucy: your crazy if you think you'll survive if you step such as one foot out there
lucy: she's gonna die out there
robert: *looking down at lucy*
lucy: fine I'll get my stuff, your getting too good with those puppy eyes
*they hear sirens in the distance and shooting, lights were seen amongst the trees*
*one of the police robots pop up right infront of them*
robot cop: FERIN YOU ARE WANTED FOR THE CRIMES YOU COMMITED

lucy *looks outside the window* it wouldn't be the best decision to go back out it's swarming with cops you'd be caught in a instant

The Host slowly opened the door to the cabin, leaning in to take a look around before stepping inside, looking at his puppet, and close friend, stitched to where his left hand used to be :)
The Host didn't even seem phased by this, slowly walking in the direction of the footsteps
Scout (the puppet) was definitely not okay with this "Woah, hey, wait, why are we walking TOWARDS the big scary footsteps-"
Scout over here having a nervous break down, being really god damn loud smh
The Host bops Scout on the head to get her to shut up, continuing to walk in the direction of the footsteps
*the footsteps stop as their was a wall stopping them from moving back anymore*
"H-Hello...?" Scout calls out nervously, literally shaking so much that it was causing The Host's arm to wobble
The Host had just gotten her to shut up so they weren't caught by whatever was in the darkeness, so he bops her again, getting annoyed
*suddenly a big figure with red eyes jumped infront of them growling*
Scout screams at the top of her cloth, puppet lungs as this happens
The Host, however, is not phased at all. He just stands there, slowly looking up at the figure
Like, lmao, The Host had to deal with this huge puppet, dog, person monster called Rosco, I don't think many things phase him at this point <3)

*the growling slowly started to die down they eyes of the figure transitioning to a light blue*
"H-Host...? I-I don't like this..." Scout says as she continues to shake nervously
The Host just stands there, watching as figures eyes transitioned colors, immediately looking for where the voice had come from
The Host squints, covering his eyes with his not puppet hand for a moment before getting a better look at the figure that tried to spool him earlier
Scout is just really scared and confused now, looking around the room as she continues to shake nervously
*the giant figure before them was a tall robot and it seems to be observing them*
The Host had just completely forgotten about the other person who had turned on the lights, getting closer to this big robot and admiring it
Scout turned to look at whoever it was that turned on the lights, still shaking nervously "S-Sorry if we d-did something wrong...
???: *sighs*
*the robot moved to the other figure near the lights*
The Host bops Scout on the head as he turns to look at the other figure, giving Scout a "please stop taking" look, which she did listen to
*the other figure pulled their cloak down, showing it was a human more likely female, she was petting the tall robot who seemed to enjoy it*
The Host stayed silent (he ain't for much of a choice with his mouth sewn shut <3), his strange and rather creepy outfit probably confusing said female
Scout constantly kept looking back and forth st the female and The Host, not sure what to do or say
*she just looked at the two with a confused but curious look* you two are definitely the oddest thing I've seen in a long time
The Host didn't know whether to take this as an insult or a compliment, so he just let Scout do the talking
"It's... It's a long story" She says with a nervous chuckle, trying not to make eye contact
The Host looks over at one of the windows, watching a couple polo run by the warehouse, not even deciding to check inside because plot
"Well... There's your answer, miss..." Scout says with a sigh, looking up at The Host
Scout stays silent for a moment before speaking again "We... We didn't even know you were in here, we're sorry :("
The Host nods after Scout says this
???: oh no no it's ok *ahem* my name's lucy by the way and this big metal teddy bear is robert
"Oh! Well, its nice to meet you both... You can call me Scout, and this guy... Uh... He doesn't really have a name, so... You could just call him host like I do?"
The Host shrugs, not really sure of any thing better than that to call him by
Scout looks at The Host again, and then back at Lucy "Is... Is it alright with you if we stay here for a while? At least until we're not being tracked down by those guys..."
