The palette is very nice, but in my opinion is a teensy weensy bit plain. I recommend adding some vintage or neon ish parts for little details like patterns or accessories (if you put neon for accessories, add black or white so it'll give a nice retro look) Overall I give it a 8/10.

The palette is actually sorta pleasing! However the black & white on the clothing could do better, you could use a little gray-ish one for the black, and the white can be left as it is if you want. The yellow reminds me of lemonade a bit ^^ I give it a 9/10.
