Character map is my new oc, and is potentially one of my favourites CM is the character map icon from windows 7 to 10. The top opens, almost like a box, revealing 10 transparent line looking things. He likes to call them hands. (He is usually seen with 3 or 4 hands out). Each hand is able to display an ASCII character. It does not have a face, but sometimes shows the "ツ" symbol.
