Watch these videos on the slowest setting and analyze their movements. take the time study them and pull inspiration for movement. This is how I learned how to smooth out my stickmen :)

Linkthats a good method i literally never thought of doing that, i just did what my brother said and i searched up anime fight gifs and sakuga gifs and then id go to google and search up ez gif splitter and split the frames but its always such a short animation so ill take your advice for now
