THAT HAPPENS TO ME TOO but if it's not normal for u then u should def tell someone.... it's usually okay but if the cramps r super painful.. like agonizing and there's other bad symptoms then there could be something potentially going on that u need to get checked ;-; not trying to worry u tho it's most likely got to do with ur medication
