Vorteil: Man hat ein gewisses Grundbudget mit dem man Anfangen kann zu studieren, sich eine Wohnung leisten kann oder vieles mehr. Somit kann man dann später für den Staat arbeiten und lernen Geld für sich selbst und seine Familie zu verdienen.
Nachteil: Man kann sich das Geld einfach "nehmen" und dann einfach nicht arbeiten, das Geld für sich behalten und machen damit was man will. Somit wäre es angemessen wenn man wenigstens etwas arbeitet und sich das Geld damit verdient. Aber es gibt immer noch diese Lücke bei der Ausgabe von Bürgergeld.
Advantage: You have a certain basic budget with which you can start studying, can afford an apartment or much more. So you can later work for the state and learn to earn money for yourself and your family.
Disadvantage: You can just "take" the money and then simply not work, keep the money for yourself and do whatever you want with it. So it would be appropriate if you at least work a little and earn the money with it. But there is still this loophole in the issue of citizen money.
