Can you make Eevee vs Remew in a NORMAL Pokémon battle, so when the faint, they get dizzy eyes no blood and Eevee wins?

Remew will give Eevee a scratch though but make sure the scratch isn’t red make it three black lines and when they faint make their health bar go down
