Have a look at tutorials on how to construct the human head without ref (not cartoon tutorials) Also draw Asaro Head from different angles (look it up as 3d model on sketchfab.com)

I made an anim based on such a tutorial once It's only the front view though If you manage to just do it, you can draw almost everything eventually
