Ears are simple to tween. Practice with simple movements then go onto harder movements like adding more pieces to the ear to be animated The tail is also easy but start out with ears first

once you feel comfortable with ears/tail start out with head bobbing

The tail needs to move in a natural way. (unless if its a tentacle ahah) Eyes are a little harder to do
