Parasite killed him right before she started the Cleansing. This was because he just wanted a complete reset on everything so he planned on the Catloneas killing everything so he may restart his creations. This ended up being a not so great decision because it was his 100th life so he was consumed by Wraith.

Well it was him or all life.

Because nothing in my world of creation is black and white. Everything is at a cost, and sometimes you fight the lesser of two evils then fight another.
