this site is fun for a lot of old users to just like vent and dump on and while thats all fun and good sometimes I get that tight feeling in my chest that I used to get logging on and it sucks

I DO ! It doesn't happen as often but it hits me for a second like a random wave of anxiety it's like a blast from the past from when I was on this site all the time I think?

YEAH its limke. i dont know people say we shouldn't be affected by what we see online and then I get. like. my body will kick in my fight or flight response when i open this site. ITS WILD !! 2020 -2021 was. a different time i fear
