-ability to camouflage themselves entirely -ability to change any part of their body, from nerve endings or tissue to whole limbs to their entire body, with no limits excluding what color the changes can be (they will always follow cafe's markings and color scheme) -ability to be really good at skee ball -ability to manipulate other's emotions to a point if they are touching them in any way. most effective way is their hand on victim's head. victims with certain spells or powers, or those with a natural/trained resistance, can detect/entirely ignore this depending on what cafe is doing and what kind of resistance is on the victim

-ability to implement thoughts into a victims head. works the same as the emotions one but they cant manipulate pre existing thoughts, they can only create and give new ones -ability to access a pocket dimension by looping their tail in a certain way around itself -ability to summon a portal to anywhere [that isnt blocked by magic] using a similar (but different) tail loop, that will only close once they break the loop or enter the portal

-(previously had) ability to essentially gift powers, to anyone including themselves. cafe didnt know this but this power runs out permanently if you use it on yourself enough times, though the powers anyone got will still work -ability to summon a special type of fire that only goes out when spells stronger than it are summoned on it, or when cafe stops it themselves -ability to manipulate fire as much as they want with almost no limits, though non-magic fire does still consume the materials it would need to be however big they might make it

oh yeah for context cafe was originally a kind of trickster god (the maniulation, camouflage, shapeshifting, portals) with the ability to gift powers for some reason. and they gave themselves all the fire powers and also just random shit ill get onto in a second

-ability to shoot/inject a specialized magic venom called fire venom from their teeth and claws respectively. this venom is technically benign if the amount is kept under a certain threshold but if it touches any living creature (excluding cafe) it will cause severe pain, best described as being dunked into lava like you're a chip being dipped into salsa, and then you're the part that breaks off. more venom means more pain, and it gets worse if it gets into any internals. victims (usually the not so sound of mind) often try to claw off whatever limb was hit, as the loss of a limb usually hurts less than the venom. once it hits that threshold i mentioned earlier though it can start to mess with the mind and can mess up the body's natural functions, which can result in a total shutdown if bad enough. cafe really only made this for millie
