Cassette Tape Girl is based off a girl I know personally. Let's call her Tissue. Tissue had mental health issues, she knew it too. But she couldn't figure a way to get help. So she had to deal with her inner demons herself. She struggled and struggled. Until one day, she got with her friends and asked for their help. Now they were smart. They knew they weren't professionals, but they tried to help her. They looked up Hotlines for Tissue to talk to. When they tried this she was scared. She was scared to talk to someone who didn't know her. But then she tried it. It helped her. It's helping her to this day.

So don't be afraid to get help. Fear only holds you back so far that you have to deal with your emotions on your own. Just know that If you're struggling, you aren't alone. You can get help. Accept help aswell.
