LinkWalking out of the building, your oc pulled the hood of their raincoat up, an umbrella shielding them from the freezing downpour.
It was thundering out, and the weather was.. well, awful. Miserable, in fact. The news had even predicted there might be a thunder snow.
Despite how horrible it was outside, halfway to their destination, they spotted a figure sitting on the steps of a library. They had caramel toned skin, golden brown hair and didn’t dress according to the weather- a white tshirt, sneakers, and jeans. White scars the pattern of lightning covered his arms and neck. A pair of crutches sat against the rails next to them, and they seemed to have been out there for a while- they were soaked.

WHAT your used to his super cold snowy thunderstorm weather. and you are just wearing a soaking white shirt and jeans.
oh well that makes since. (looks at at the crutches then looks right back at you) did you sprain your leg or something?
Ezra tilted his head and decided to go see who they were. Nobody he knew was as idiotic as him; to go out in rain with simply an umbrella and regular clothing (Fell had insisted he go with both an umbrella and a coat on this fine day), and so whoever this was intrigued him. “Hello?”
“Might I ask, what are you doing out here in this weather? And those clothes?” he said, in a mocking of Fell’s voice. Truth be told, he was rather good at impressions.
“It’s raining, stupid, and not just a little,” he grumbled, voice back to his usual sarcastic tone.
“I’m aware of that.”
He wanted to argue back, but he was not one for being rude.
He sighed and handed him the umbrella. “If I go home and tell Fell I saw a guy who’d do what I do in rain and did nothing he’d personally have me assassinated, so take it. It’s not my favourite. Note the lack of bloodstains,”
“You want me to get assassinated? Just take it. You don’t have to use it. Give it to charity for all I care,”
“Thank you for not letting me be brutally murdered,” he said, nodding his head. Some curls escaped the front of his hood and he quickly shoved them back to where they had been before they got too wet.
