Linkyou were wandering through an empty lab.... or at least you thought it was empty. everything was pretty dark, and any lights were flickering like they came from a horror movie.
all of a sudden, you hear loud clicking, like acrylic, on the tile floor. then, a sinister giggle rings through the halls of the abandoned establishment.
what will you do?

the giggle turns into a laugh, as the beats of the acrylic sound speed up a bit, getting louder as they near you
I’d probably… walk (or speed run/run) back where I came from. Or jump out the nearest window if it’s safe enough. Basically escape no matter what.
all of the exits are blocked off suddenly, and you don't know how or why...... but that giggle you heard rings again and the clicking gets louder as it gets closer
you can't see where the thing even is, and the worst part is is that it sounds like a child, but the acrylic clicking that keeps getting louder and closer feels odd
suddenly, there is no more sound but the gunshots from you. you hear whimpering, like a young boy crying

Caius gazed around, his eyes wide in fear. Taking a few catious steps back, he prepares to bolt
the clicking got louder as it grew nearer and nearer. the giggling slowed a bit, turning into a low hum, only lasting a couple of seconds
Caius searches around for an exit cautiously, his hand searching for a doorknob of some sorts
suddenly the clicking stopped, and in the darkness, you could see fluffy tufts of white hair at child height
HELP SHORTIE??!?!??! ))
Caius freezes, holding his breath. In the distance, he saw light. If he could run fast enough...
HE IS!!!))
the child-looking person with white hair in front of him stopped him from going anywhere. he had a sad-ish look on his little face

caius refrained from saying anything as he started at the person cautiously
the sad look that you could see in the dark, due to the light radiating from the young boy's eyes (glowing rings in his eyes), disappeared and turned into a sinister smile as he chuckled out "there you are...."
he grabbed Caius's wrist, and started running into the darkness, pulling him behind himself as he went deeper into the dark, cold abandoned lab
