male swans will sometimes be with other male swans, and they still mate for life !
they'll also get an female to lay an egg for them and then raise it together !
they're statistically more successful at raising offspring compared to "straight" swan couples !
penguins do this too, though they'll usually just steal eggs !
female koalas will.. do the Do with other females after rejecting a male as the males cannot sense when i female is in heat or not ! male koala flirting is also very aggressive !
male lions will also to the Do with other males, and are usually much more gentle with each other !

I have two male cats, they understand their not female because you know- the do the sniff sniff; but the kiss and sleep together, sometimes they will play but their kinda old.
Anways, animals can love who were they want. But most likely it will be a male and female because it’s well..nature, animals do this to survive.
