So basically. Coffee will wake you guys up right? Well to an adhd person like me it does the opposite! Caffeine is a stimulant same as a lot of adhd medications. It has the opposite effect which is why if you dont have adhd and you take the medications you will get all hyped up (i dont reccomend lol you could have a heart attack) but with people liie me it calms us down
