about the russian and ukraine stuff. i hear about it everyday from my harassers because im russian living in the usa. they are harassing me talking me russians are the devils and are the blame for it all. having to hear your friend sobbing on call about the death of their uncle from a bomb isnt pleasant. my anxiety went over the roof but i still tried to comfort my friend. every can we just stop bringing up for people who have ptsd?
