i can't stress this enough. Talking to someone about how you feel, like a school counselor, will lift a huge weight off your chest. if you feel like you can't trust anyone, grab a notebook and start writing how you feel. It's YOUR journal. Write anything in it. Destroy it if you feel like it. but don't keep your feelings bottled up inside. it NEVER works and will only lead to you feeling more stressed/confused/sad. I have firsthand experience with this. I almost lost my best friend last year because she wouldn't share any of her feelings. please don't keep it bottled up inside. it will only make the feelings worse.

I see too many kids on this site saying that they are sad/confused/angry/depressed and that they are going to commit suicide and it makes me sad because they are already wanting to end it when their life has just begun
