Yeah, in a way- You can put it up for trading, meaning you will give it away for something else But you can't gift eggs to any specific users

You can also see if someone else wants it, and then get something from them in return Or you cn abandon it outside the cave, where either another user will pick it up, or it will remain untouched and die
