Linki mean this in the nicest way possible but
followers take time, you get more over time.
i got a lot more followers when i started to improve my art.

i reccomend toning down the neon colors a lot
its very eye straining to have so many extremely bright colors on a character
i put together some better alternatives to the overly saturated colors https://coolors.co/29bf12-9ae8c5-fffbe1-d62640-48dbc5
i like the design overall its just the bright colors can be very straining. gj! you'll get more followers over time, trust me.
