my back hurts, i tried deadlifting to see if my knee injury could keep up my comfortable max is still only 108kg like before, i can do 2 o 3 reps per set but only if i set it down first and then try again my teacher says that i need a belt and to let go if a lose proper form, i can lift 148kg but i lose proper form idk if that improvement or not
