I think that guy was the dude that hacked me. I recommend just not commenting on them or getting in big arguments with them. He has a nsfw acc. By commenting and making anims on them your giving them more power so i would just report the anim, and find something better to do then listen to a trump suppoerter rant about races, sexualitys, ect.
