a springlock failure is very painful, and it depends on your skill with the suit if you can survive or not, but mainly, theres quite a teeny chance you'd ever survive a failure, now im going to explain what it would feel like to be inside of the springlock suit while it's failing, first staring off with a scenario where your legs are first, since your femur is one of the MOST painful bones to break, you're going to feel a sudden surge of pain wash over you, the blood would spurt out of the holes of your suit's legs, and your legs guts would be aswell, since you don't have a surface to stand on,, you buckle and heel, falling onto your rear,, this will cause the rest of the locks to trigger from the sudden impact to the suit, and as soon as you fall, you'll be overcome with complete lightning, the gnarly crunches will nauseate you -

causing you to gag, and possibly vomit, your body jerks and spasms in response to all of this, causing more locks to trigger, the arms, and the torso, most likely your heart won't be pierced due to your breast bone, and you'll have to endure every second of this, unless your brainstem gets piereced, which you'll most likely hope for, the locks will continue to grind and twist your body into mush, your vital organs get punctured due to the torso of the suit pushing into you, blood is irritating to your innards, this makes the process burn even MORE, your vocal cords will get torn from the torso, and your lungs will be stabbed into aswell, causing you to not be able to scream, you can only emit sounds of death, as in low groans from your throat due to you dying so suddenly , and your lungs pushing the air out from your body

your skull might take a moment to break, since it's reall durable, but your jaw won't hold up, your teeth will be mashed, and your lower jaw will be obliterated, causing the now taken ability to scream even harder, you're still jerking about, causing the rest of the locks to puncture your every nerve, vein, and artery, your eyes will be pushed out of the suit as the animatronic it'self has a nicely large pair of bulbs that'll replace your eyes, once the process is finally over, you'll most likely die from choking on your own blood than getting your brain or heart punctured or severed

also theres a realll tough nerve near your temple, once it's severed,, ur gna feel like ur in an electric chair ,, adding more uncomfyness to the entire process, this entire process also happens in just a few minutes, seconds if you're lucky and end up getting either your brain or heart pierced first
