well.for example, what i do: i look up DRAWINGS of anatomy of the animal im trying to draw. not realistic pictures. thats way harder

that would probably help a lot,, when I pick refs it's usually real life i'll look into snagging some drawn refs!

Like someone else said, you should work on anatomy. I think you could get really good at it if you tried. I also have a question. What do you use to color? Like on the one I attached. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm meaning for it to be constructive criticism.

e on those I used a site to get the palette, and then used the thing that only lets you write on already drawn places in fairness, that isn't the best example of what I can do, I was just sorta doodling with a trackpad
