tbh i reccomend strawpage you can add spotify music and they have already made elements pspst..
and u can add gifs without having to comepletly reck your storage too!!
I think neocities is the best for something like that, you do need to learn how to code, at least a little bit to use it, but it genuinely is a really good source fora webpage builder! The possibilities are endless on something like that.
