I am-
You shouldn't say it so harshly though-
Not everyone is a natural artist like you-
It takes time to get out of habits and you can't expect me to get it perfect everytime-
I'm trying to make people happy for my art, and I'm happy to take crit, but when you say it harshly like you do-
It makes people feel worthless-

im not talented, ive struggled at learning for YEARS. My art was abysmal garbage up through the age of 14, and guess what i did to fix it? I let people tell me what was wrong and listened and drew what i saw, not what i thought i saw. I still dont see right, i still dont do right, but the key is trying. Apologies for not being nice, but last time you literally asked me for advice you didn't take a word of it so i figured it was a lost cause if i wasnt a bit of an ass

I think you should practice with more simple things first. Try black and white. Construct stuff out of simple shapes. Theres a lot of amazing art advice on youtube, sycra is great and theres plenty more to go off of from there. Focus on learning anatomy, learning the planes of the face, and learning confidence. What i see mostly from your art is a lack of confidence. You need to act like you know what youre doing by drawing from the elbow and using as few lines as possible, not by not using refs. Also, slow down. Focus in on the details. Dont worry about time, it WILL take time, but youll get faster as you learn and you mustnt rush because youll only learn bad habits. Practice makes permanent in more ways then one
Im not making fun, im trying to help them learn. I was so, so resistant to actually looking at learning the pure basics when i was younger and it stunted my art for years. The moment i realized that i didnt know the fundamentals and needed to learn them, i started to improve. No one needs to nitpick all the small issues in their art, but, here's a big point here so its in caps, REALISM IS NOT INFALLIBLE
Realism can be bad, even if the artist tried, realism is just another artstyle

generally, the fundamentals are anatomy, color theory, composition, and perspective i think?? theres tons of art advice on youtube if you just look up art anatomy tips, but beware people who are acting like their style is absolute. If theyre not teaching you how to do realism theyre teaching you their style, and its better to learn from life
Nice, as someone who has also done Taehyung, could I give some feedback?
Not sure if you’d want it or not. ^^’
I'd say, the main thing is to try blocking out your colors more.
Sorry, I'm bad at explaining. So like, you use one base color for the face, right? And then you shade everything with lower opacity.
What I would suggest is using multiple colors to block out on the face for shading, highlights, differing tones, blush, makeup, etc...
Look at the original photo and look for what shapes the shading is making. Before you blend everything, it should look kind of like one of those polygram images. After that, whip out the lower opacity and blend everything. I use 0.2 or less, depending on how fast or slow I need the light change to be.
