I know how it feels to loose a pet I know this is really hard for you

You might want to call again to check just in case or take her to urgent care
If she needs to pass soon try to get her as comfortable as possible
Her struggling to breathe isn't a god sign.. I'm sorry but it may be time to let her go
I suggest you put her down to get rid of her pain and let her pass peacefully... I'm really sorry Lavender..

Well my dog is very sick and I dont know whats wrong.
She went outside to pee this morning and when I went to check on her she was passed out cold on the concrete. I picked her up and took her inside and put her on the couch. I called the vet, but they said there was nothing they could do. They said to let her rest, and she might die. I cant imagine a life without her. She is currently resting on the floor, barely breathing and unable to move. When she does breathe, she breathes hard and raspy.
The vet we take her to is closed. All the other vets dont open for a little bit longer.
I think we should put her down, but she just started to sleep comfortably and she is currently breathing a little better. We gave her some medicine for her heart murmur, but it isnt helping.
I think once the vet opens we will take her and see what they say to do. They might have to put her down, yes, but they might put her in the urgent care center which basically is the emergency room for humans. They probably are going to try to do a heart transplant, but it might not work and it might kill her in the process. Also, thank you.
