LinkAlr so I am making a plan to try and boost my mental health,
I’m gonna try to make a post about or write down at least 3-5 good things about myself per day
To you know boost my confidence because lord knows in too self conscious
I’m also gonna try to talk to a friend about my feelings irl/on FA at least 2 times a week
I don’t express my feelings enough
And lastly I’m gonna look into therapists with my parents because that’ll help a lot
Oh and I’m gonna start exercising and meditating on a daily basis
